Upon move out it was obvious that tenant had a pet due to the dog odor that was left behind in the home and of the dog toys in the back yard. The tenant has never expressed any of the concerns of work request not being done, issues with office hours during her tenancy with us. It was only when she realized the deposit was not being returned that we were all of a sudden rude, apathetic or unprofessional. I have never experienced such poor, apathetic, rude, and UNPROFESSIONAL service in my lifetime. The communication is close to nothing, when I had issues with plumbing and simple issues ; I most of the time received absurdly late responses back and some issues weren't even fixed or addressed. They have extremely vague and inconvenient office hours which also makes it more of a task to get a hold of a representative who almost NEVER returned phone calls. It as if they do not want the confrontation so they do not have to personally address issues. The only way I was able to contact anybody was to email and call multiple without getting my issues handled. Lastly, I was supposed to receive a "security deposit summary" and it was NEVER provided to be whatsoever.
